Over the course of more than 20 years of experience, gained both in traditional factories like IMAR Arad and the chair factory in Pancota, as well as in our own workshop, we have acquired extensive knowledge in the production of curved chair parts. This ensures consistent quality and a keen focus on the requirements and needs of our clients.
We execute wood bending using the classic method invented by Michael Thonet, which involves steam bending and plasticization. Pieces curved in a single plane are produced with the help of a bending machine, while pieces curved in two or three planes are manually curved using molds.
We supply high-quality curved wooden parts to chair manufacturers, helping them create superior chairs that are sold worldwide. With a wide range of design options and the use of beech, ash, and oak wood, we are prepared to meet the needs of every customer.
